Angel Reach

Angel Reach is a faith-based nonprofit organization that helps children and youth between the ages of 16-24 achieve their full potential in spite of the obstacles placed on them by broken families and a broken system.

Legacy Center

Legacy Center is a unique 9-month faith-based residential discipleship and recovery program with the mission of helping women to overcome the life-controlling issues that are keeping them from moving forward. We provide hope and help for those who are lost or are struggling with the results of bad choices they have made in life, as well as, other situations that are destroying lives and families.

Campus Of Hope

Campus of Hope is an IRS 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, formed for the purpose of providing a place that brings churches, ministries, and other Christ-minded organizations together that have a heart for helping the homeless in and around the vicinity of Montgomery County, TX, just north of Houston.

Salvation Army – Conroe

A place of worship and service since 1983, Conroe Corps is the only shelter in Montgomery County with overnight lodging for homeless men and women. Short-term financial assistance and social activities are available for low-income families and the elderly.

Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church

Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church produces passionate, positive and progressive people..who pursue God’s Purpose and Possess God’s Promise.

Family Promise of Montgomery County

Our mission is to serve homeless families with children by uniting faith communities in a cooperative effort to provide shelter, meals, transportation, and compassionate assistance leading to independence.

Our vision is to alleviate homelessness for families with children in Montgomery County, Texas. We believe strong families build strong communities and our goal is to strengthen families and enable them to become self-sufficient and stable.

Wesley Community Center invests in the potential of individuals and creates opportunities to strengthen families and build neighborhoods.

Redeemed Ministries

Since 2010, we have led the effort to provide safe and sustainable long-term residential trauma-informed care for those women who were exploited in sex trafficking.

Our mission it to provide a helping hand to youth in foster care ages 14 and older, as well as those who have aged out of foster care with the knowledge and skills necessary to become independent citizens and assets to our society.

Pathway Of Hope

The Salvation Army’s Pathway of Hope program was launched in 2011 to provide targeted services to families wanting to break the generational cycle of poverty and enable a path out of constant crisis. It is rooted in a case management approach, focusing on the client’s individual needs and mastery of different life skills.

Walk-Ins are accepted for low to moderate-income persons who need their GED certification as well.
